Compliance
Compliance is part of the recruitment, not a step after it.
Four things are checked for every candidate and every role, from the first conversation.
Four pillars
- European compliance
- India-side compliance
- Worker protection
- Data protection
Our model is employer-paid.
No candidate should pay to be hired.
Any cost to a candidate, where the law allows one, is disclosed to them in writing before they sign anything. Immigration decisions belong to the authorities, and we never promise them.
Questions about compliance
Who is the employer?
You are. Workers are hired by you, on your contract, under the law of your country. We recruit, test and prepare them.
How do you protect candidates from fraud?
Candidates deal with our own team in India, not with chains of sub-agents. We tell every candidate in writing what the process involves and what it costs them, if anything, and that registration does not guarantee a job, a visa or a placement.
What happens to candidates' personal data?
It is collected for the recruitment it was given for, shared with an employer only for a role the candidate has agreed to be put forward for, and kept no longer than that purpose needs. Our privacy policy sets out the details.
What if a worker leaves or does not pass probation?
What happens then is set in our agreement with you, before recruitment starts. We stay in contact with you and the worker during the first months precisely so that problems surface early.
Questions of your own?
Ask them before anything is signed. That is what the first conversation is for.
